apparently u have wrong e- mail address my flight confermation no. is IGBAYL . MY E- MAIL ADDRESS IS my advantage no.is 34H5J42 please correct address in computer so i can receive flight itinerary and future updates thank you donald adams

Donald, you probably won't like my answer, but it's the honest truth. The only way you can change your email address with American is to go to their website and change it online. If you have difficulty correcting your email on their website, you need to contact American Airlines Advantage customer service so they can correct it for you.

Here is the link to American's Account Login. Once you log in with your Advantage number and your password, select the tab that says: Personal Information and Password. On that page it will give you the opportunity to edit your existing email address, and other information if needed.

If you have difficulty logging in, call American 1-800-433-7300 and select the prompt for Advantage Mileage questions. They should be able to help you once they confirm your identity.
