Changing Flight For March 9

My son Jacob Wasser has a booking refernce number GEQAGR (BA 74ZGYZ) leaving San Jose Costa Rica March 9. He has not been able to change his booking because he lost the reference number. The ticket was booked through my British Airlines Executive club number 18868025. I was told I could change the date online but when I tried in the past I was prompted to contact British Airlines to change the booking. Due to the immedicacy of the change I am contacting AA directly. Any date around the middle of April will do. Thanx Neal Wasser
