my 2nd laptop only goes to the starting window and i dont know how to fix it

There are many reasons why your laptop computer won't boot up properly. However, the most common reason is related to the corrupted drivers, registry or boot files (boot.ini). These files are responsible for the proper booting up of the Operating System. The following information are the best things that you can do for your laptop computer not booting up.
