My Acer Aspire M3202 Desktop Starts Up But Only Shows A Blank Screen. The Screen
comes on and says no signal. I can hear the tower running but it does nothing.

Obviously, there is no connection between your computer and monitor. The best solution for this is to check if the cables are properly connected. You may need to replace the cables if these are not properly working. You can read more information if why your computer and monitor do not have signal here:
