How To Boot From Acer Aspire E1-531

It seems you want to boot using a different device instead of hard drive. To do that check the steps below:
Enable boot option in BIOS.
On your BIOS Main sceen, set F12 Boot Menu to 'Enable', then choose F10 to save changes. You should then see F12 on your screen when you power on.
Restart system and this time press F12 to select boot device.
