How To Unlock The Bios Of Aspire E1-421
I´d like to know how because i wanna overclock my notebook

You cannot overclock a laptop from the BIOS. Laptops never have CPU overclocking options in the BIOS as it's very dangerous to overclock a laptop. You will only find those options on a custom desktop as the cooling is easily upgraded to offset the extra heat given off by an overclocked CPU.
