Since I Have No Cursor On My Acer Aspire 5253, How Can I Download A New Driver?
I keep getting all sorts of handy advice, but none of seems to realize that in order to do ANYTHING (except boot up in DOS) on an Acer Aspire 5253,YOU NEED A CURSOR! My touchpad doesn't work at all. That means I have no cursor to get me anywhere. All I can do is hit the ON button, watch it boot up normally, and then watch it shut down after a few minutes because I can't do anything with it. I can interrupt the boot by hitting F2 and use the arrow keys, but they're not on the touchpad to begin with.

You have to install the touchpad driver software of your Acer Aspire 7715Z to be able to use the cursor or touchpad properly. Here are the download links for the touchpad driver.
