I Have A Acer Aspire 7551 With Windows 7 The Caps Lock On Screen Stopped Working

if capslock is not working, check an external keyboard to isolate the issue.

If capslock works fine on external keyboard, perform system restore using the link below:

It will not that much of problem because Windows 7 provides virtual keyboard, so you can use your capslock button by virtual keyboard, and for the permanent solution it is better to call acer customer care system and convey them about your problem.
