Aspire 5750
we jsut got the acer 5750 and the cursor is froze in the middle of the screen and we can't use the computer at all.

can you get into your BIOS system, or boot up with F8 key
can you get into your BIOS system, or boot up with F8 key
If you can, then you can go into safe mode and scan for a virus. Maybe that will do it then reboot
