Run erecovery management ..
Windows start key > All Programs > Acer empowering Technology>Erecovery management > Restore(At the bottom) >Factory (from top of list).
Or
Turn computer on.
When you see the acer logo hold Alt and keep pressing F10 key simultaneously to start Acer eRecovery
Once eRecovery has loaded, click "Restore to Factory Default Settings"
Click "OK" to continue
From here, the eRecovery process will update all the data on the C: drive and restore a fully functional factory image (approximately 10 minutes).
