Cancellation For Improper Installation. Not Returning Calls.
ADT did not install their equipment properly but keep charging my credit card. Local ADT agents asked me to talk to national customer service. They do not address our issues and not ready to cancel our services. Complaint about the installation same day of the service. They want to charge us again to redo the installation which was not done properly at first place. How to handle this situation?
