I Need To Reset My Daughters Password But I Can Not Get Into Her Email To Reset

My daughter is only 12 and I need to get into her oovoo account but I don't have the password and also I don't have the password to her email address to get the reset that way either. Is there another way to reset her password.

Not without getting information from her. If just anyone could get into the account, it would be pointless having a username and password in the first place.
