If you forgot your ooVoo password, you can easily retrieve it (assuming you entered your correct e-mail address in your card).

To retrieve your password:

Click 'Forgot your password' from the sign-in window. The 'Forgot your password' window appears.

Enter your ooVoo ID in the first field and the email address you registered with in the second field.

Click Get password. You should receive your password by email within a few minutes.

It's recommended to change your password to one which will be easier to remember.
