My Blackberry Keeps Saying Error 523 And My Phone Wont Work! How Do I Fix This?

the best way is to pull out the battery, connect the phone to the computer, you will be asked to insert battery, then insert the battery and then follow the instructions. however, you wil loose all unsaved data.
