Having Trouble Creating A New Itunes Account On An Old Ipod Touch

after we have put in everything, including credit card information it tells us to contact itunes support to set up this account. Do you need to delete he old account that is already on the ipod from the previous user before you can set up a new one?

Yes you have to get rid of the old one in order to make a new one. I suggest a factory reset.
