My Old Ipod Touch Broke, So I Got A New One. Can I Get My Songs/apps Back? (free
I bought an iPod touch a few months ago, but suddenly one day a few days ago, the touch screen stopped working. It had a one year warranty though, so I swapped it out for a new one for free at the store I bough it.Since it's brand new, it doesn't have all the songs and apps I used to have on my old iPod touch. Can I get them back for free or do I have to buy them/pay for them again?

If you had synced your old iPod Touch to the computer previously then you can sync the content from it to your new iPod Touch. You can right click on the iPod under devices in the left hand side of the iTunes screen, and choose "Restore from a backup" and then it should give you your available options of restoring it to a previous backup.
