Can't Access Itunes Store From Itunes 11: Unknown Error 11222. Help!!!

This has been happening ever since I updated to iTunes 10.7 and it really annoys me.  I can't, for example, download any of the Starbucks iTunes picks of the week because I can't reach the store.  Doens't matter where I am, either, or whether I'm connected via wi-fi or cable.  What's wrong here???  I'm on Windows 7 32-bit with firefox and Chrome browsers plus ZoneAlarm antivirus and firewall (NO, it's not ZoneAlarm interfering:  I still can't get to the iTunes store even when ZoneAlarm is shut down; it's stupid ituines!!).
