1 Gig Left Out Of 1.2 Terrabytes

Dear Steve,Now I have 1 gig left. ipod is a great idea alright.but your software that goes with the ipod is the worst viral peice of garbage ive ever downloaded.ive bought 4 ipods.2 classics 120 gb/and 2 shuffles.I bought a new computer just after i got back this last time from afghanistan ,then i tried to save MY itunes from the4 ipods and old computer to the new computer.AFTER 3 STRAIGHT DAYS,of literally fighting your software for what was MINE,i was able to save about 90 giggs of jumbled,rearranged,duplicates,out of my 1.2 TERRABYTES OF MUSIC/MOVIES/AND PICTURES OF OH SAY I DONT KNOW,MY MARINE BROTHERS FROM 2 TOURS! GARMSIR 08-09 AND MARJAH 2010 Ill never get these back. And what about my over 90 albums of Frank Zappa,are they at the itunes store?of course there not. the second classic i bought i gave to my uncle.Even on the old computer when all of this was brand new it was a struggle with itunes just to get the sync correct.We finnaly gave up trying to delete duplacates and felt happy that Most of what we wanted /PAID FOR,was on the classics.until uncle Joe plugged his ipod into another  computer that had itunes.It wiped his library and gave him that computers crap,becouse of the EXtremmly annoying sync setting YOU made.in an attempt to save/resync his ipod i managed to give him the jumbled 90gigs of whats left,and in the process MY classic now no longer works.Everything shows up on the screen alright,you just cant access it.isnt that awesome?And its the same on the computer too. I used your customer service,internet help,you name it.and the general consensus is im screwed.I will NEver buy an apple product again,I will tell this story EVERY SINGLE TIME your name or any product you make comes up.Out of the four ipods,one shuffle still works/but i cant even recover the itunes that i bought at the itunes store.I PAID YOU FOR  THIS?Whatever.I guess i'll use the shuffle till it breaks,or i get tired of listening to all one gig of what was a very impressive media library that id put together over the course of my life.Becouse there's no way ill ever hook it up to a computer now.I really should just send you all 4 ipods with some cash too, to symbolize the final ripoff.But they would probebly show up the next day somewhere like a cursed oiuji board I know none of this was your intention,Im just really upset.I've asked for help,but we both know theres nothing that can be done at this point. I just wanted you to know. thx
