I am need cables for the monitor a power cord and a vga cable where can I get one??

Radio Shack, Best Buy, Miscrocenter, Frys, etc. - any electronics store will have what you need. Take in your model number so they can ger you the correct dispay adaptor (HDMI, DVI, etc.) but the power cords are universal.
