Restore Cd Emachine T1440

I am trying the restore CD in the T1440.  It does not complete the process but stop with the error "Cannot open Ghosterr.Text".  I hit O.K. and get "Application erro 437 - cannot read from file".  Is the disk no good?  How do I get the restore CD to complete without this error?
