After Playing Emachine Game, I Cant Get Computer On. Says No Initaliz.dll????

I am not conncected to the internet but use my emachine for pictures, solitare. etc..after playing an emachine game now my computer will not allow me to do anything. It says no initializ.dll and to reinstall the program. How do I do that when I get no icons?
