Et1831-01 Cpu Upgrade

I upgraded my ET1831-01 with Pentium dual-core cpu e6500, 2.93GHz couple years ago, now I feel it runs slowly again, also show cpu usage as 90%. can I upgrade the cpu again to a better one?

It's most likely not a CPU problem. It sounds like you may have spyware or viruses. Do some security scans to check for these.
