Recovery Disk Not Booting Up.
I received a recovery disk from Gateway P/N NA60X SV1 for my Emachines ET1641 desktop. It does not boot up so I cannot wipe my system and start over. Someone has hacked me and I changed the ADMIN password so I cannot get into the PC except on guest. Any options besides new computer or changing C drive?
