Ethernet
hi,I'm trying to connect internet but looks like the Ethernet port is doesn't work ,what can I do ?thanks

It explains problem solving of internet issues which may relate to your ethernet port issue. Are you using a modem or router? Make sure the connections are correct. It is rare for an ethernet port to cease working. It may need the driver re-installing if it does not operate, and it should be visible in device manager without a yellow X. Then the driver is needed.
