My Emachine Modem Has Message No Signal On The Screen. What Is Wrong?

I assume you mean your computer and not a modem. Make sure the monitor cable is connected securely to both the back of the computer and the monitor. If it's connected properly then there's likely a hardware issue with the computer. It would be best to have someone local come and diagnose the problem.
