El1850

Hi  At first was the AVG 2013 give problem... desktop cannot open, mouse cant work.  I tried to reformate, window cant access. I had it installed with XP window also cant enter. Regards

You have not left enough information for us to figure out your issue.  In your case I highly recommend contacting a local PC tech and having them go through the system.
