Comp. Will Not Start All It Will Do Is Beep

You are one of the lucky few people who hear the beep code. Listen carefully to the beep, ane record how many their are, adn how long. Now you will need to find out your motherboard's BIOS manufacturer. To find this watch your system startup screen for information about the BIOS brand and version, such as Award BIOS v4.51PG. Use a hardware test-and-reporting utility, such as AMIDiag, CheckIt, or others. The three most common BIOS manufacturers are AMI, Award, and Phoenix. Here are lists for all the error codes and their solutions for each BIOS manufacturer.
