I Am Doing The Full Factory System Restore It Is Stopped At Office 2010

I got some malware or a virus and did several system restores but nothing would help so i am doing a full factory recovery and everything went fast and fine until it reached 'installing Office 2010" and it has been stuck at half way on that one for over an hour maybe longer. Is there a way to make it finish or to stop it and start over without screwing it up? it would be fine with me if it skipped that part i don't need it..is there a way to do that?

Try to restart the system, if the programs come up fine, then look for a way to install the office, but if the program is not complete you need to do a fresh factory restore.
