Password

I have changed my password several times andspent 30 mins on the phonewith a tech who supposedly fixed the problem. Now I have purchased something and still cannot get into eBay to pay. I have tried several phone numbers and they all have the same recordingand it is impossible to get live help. I don't know what else to do.
