How Do I Find The Original Auction Listing For An Item I Purchased 7 Days Ago?

I think that the item shipped to me doesn't match the original photo and description. But without access to that original listing, I won't be able to tell whether it's the same or different.

You can still search for it by item #. It will say the auction has ended. But you'll still be able to see it.
