Logging On To Ebay

I have lost my log-in name and my password. In addition, I can no longer remember the answer to my secret questionm. Your system refuses to allow me to create a new account with the same email address. So I am totally stuck. In addition, comehow, a received a cell phone from your "seller" Dealscaly. This firm has no phone number and appears to be unreachable directly. I need to return the "purchase" and don't know how to do so because no invoice was included with the phone package. So I need to log on somehow (if you want me as a customer) and I need to contact Dealscaly. Can you help???
