How To Remove Delete Client In Zyxel P-660hn-t1a V2

Good day sir: I got 2 unauthorized users who got access to my wireless LAN system as seen in the client list table bearing their host names, ip address and mac address as well. I changed my ssid password but still they have access. How can I remove or prevent them from unauthorized access. Your help is highly appreciated.

I'm not sure what type of security you are using but if possible use Wpa/Wpa2. I check my own DHCP Client List & see several unknowns which I'm certain they are my other wireless devices, i.e. cell phones, video streamers, bluray dvd etc. If you have no other devices on your network then no one should be able to bypass your Pre-shared Key. Reset your router & check again to see if they show up. I know I have 6-8 wireless networks pop up anytime i try to connect wirelessly & they are all locked. Check yours & those around you & see if you & they have a passkey locked network. Good luck!
