Blocked Member's Name Disappeared

I wanted to unblock a member that I'd blocked by accident but their name seemed to have disappeared from the list of Blocked Members. What does this mean and what else can I do to unblock the member?

If the name you blocked is seen to be disappeared...then it's most likely that the person is unblocked...he is not at all blocked...otherwise he would have been there in the block list. Do one thing, try to contact the person on facebook or in any other media and get his contact number. Tell him that you lost his number. Problem solved.
