How Come My Profile Is Still There If I Am No Longer A Member

Please take my profile off zoosk. I have not paid for renewal and it is creepy getting viewed by the same people only. When I was a paid member I would recommend it but since I met someone I don't need it anymore and I don't want my profile and picture on there. This is my 3rd request and I am reading that other people don't get a response either. I do not want to get the police involved but I will if I have to

To deactivate your account and remove your profile, log in to Zoosk.com from a computer and click the following link: Deactivate Account

If you are unable to click the link, please copy and paste the following URL: https://www.zoosk.com/settings/account

Click 'Edit' next to Account Status, then click "Deactivate."

Please note: If you are a Subscriber and you deactivate your account before your billing cycle ends, you will lose your Subscriber benefits. This can’t be reversed, so only deactivate your account if you have no intention of using your Subscriber benefits.

Once you deactivate your account, your profile is no longer visible on Zoosk.

Upon deactivation:
