Zanussi Zcm1031x Main Oven Not Heating.

my main oven is not heating up when fan assist(which come on) is selected, however when normal use is selected (with out fan) the heating is ok, and fan cuts in at approx 150 degrees.I thought it may be the thermostat as i can see two thermostats in the compartment, will this be the problem or the switch? I presume the same elements are uses for both selections, thank youkind regardsTerry Hayman
