I have checked the web but i cannot find a relevant thing to potentiometer for volume you need to check with a technician bcz it is not a known issue.

If you have identified that the control is faulty then you can remove it. You can then either read the information on the piece or measure the value with a multimeter. Volume controls traditiuonally are logarithmic but if the control modifies a voltage to adjust volume they would be linear. It should read something like 250k log or 470k lin. These are not the value they are an example of what you should see on the item. You can then search the web or Ebay for a replacement.
