'a' Key Does Not Play At Every Octave

My kids messed around with our YPT 330 and now the A key does not play in every octave. All the other keys play fine. I have looked through the manual but it overwhelming and doesnt direclty address this issue. Anyone have any suggestions to get this key workign again?
