Connect The Psr 740 To Laptop

Hi,I'm using PSR 740. I'm trying to connect with my laptop to transfer the style from laptop to keyboard however it doesnt work at all. I've already folloew the instruction of Manual book, and use the Musicsoft Downloader but it said check the connection. But when I use another software and connect the keyboard (Pianissimo) it could recognized the keyboard and can record the song from keyboard. So, what should I do now? I'm using Midi in-out and connect to USB port.Thank you!
