G And F# Keys Not Sounding

the g and f# keys have stopped working - all octaves except the top one where the G# is not working. Is is likely that someone has somehow turned them off (my son and his friends like to mess about on the keyboard)? Or is it likely that something has burned out?

it is probably due to dust and could be fixed by opening the keyboard and blow some air with avaccum cleaner.. also check that all the internal connectors are plugged in nice and tight
DONT OPEN THE KEYBOARD BY YOURSELF IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT..in case take it to the authorized service centre
