During Speakers Test, No Sounds Come From The Frontrght And Frontleft Speakers.

The two front speakers do not make sound DURING speakers test. I have tried the balancing methods and it seem not to work. I tried the two options and it still didn't work.During play only 2 ch is on displayed though l selected 5 ch during set up. I have moved the speakers a little further from the center speaker and subwoofer and it still does not work.Is there anything l am doing wrong?Thanks for your time
