How Can I Complain About Bad Service To Yamaha Head Office In Japan ?

The local (South African) agent had to order the necessary spare for my Yamaha RX-V767 Amp from Japan! This takes 6 weeks they tell me. No air freight ? I phone 6 weeks later. The technician forgot to order another part he needs to fix it. Now I face another 6 weeks.
