Disk In Use Light Is On

There had never been a disk in it there was some paper my niece stuck in it I took it out but it still says disk in use so I can't play no sounds I've even took the drive out but lite still on what's next any ideal

If you power the unit off. Remove the power supply and batteries if fitted. Then try the release button. If that does not work then hold the release button whilst connecting the power and switching on. It may then attempt to eject the disk. If that doe snot prove successful then disassembly to access the floppy drive and remove the disk will be required. If you do not feel competant to do this then you will need to obtain the skill of an engineer. I have attached a link to the manual if it is of any use.
