Yamaha A-s700 Amplifier Don't Start.

I can't start my amplifier anymore. It's completely dead with no led's on, not even the on button. I got the service manual and measured the power supply and it looks ok. The cpu is used in the startup process and for me it looks like this is not running. The 5V to cpu is ok.The power button goes to one if the inputs, this looks ok.The reset signal is high and this should be ok to start the cpu. There is also circuit to detect incomming power and this looks also ok.Are here anyone how have experience with this amplifier?I found a place to buy a new cpu, maybe this is nessesery.I just try to know more about this problem to be sure there is no other problem to course this problem. Are there any good ways to measure if the cpu is alive? Many thanks in advance.Stefan
