Phantom Power

Hello, the phantom power is not working, is there a way to fix this problem?

Page 106 of the user manual gives the 'phantom' switch position. If that does not function when operated it is either a power supply issue or a fault inside the unit. If the unit is faulty an engineer may be required to solve the problem. Search for a system reset function in the user manual as this can often restore normal operation. You can get the manual here:
