I Cannot Send Emails From My Account. It 'suspects Suspicious Activity'.

I have a yahoo account. I cannot send emails from the account. It 'suspects suspicious activity and when I punch in the security code, it prints up the rejection note. I have changed my password and have also shut down and rebooted. Not sure what to do.
