How To Further Protect My Accounts. Changing Passwords Isn't Enough.

I want to know if I can find information on a pi # that keeps showing up and it is not either computers that I use. Once I was hip checking recent activity, I had found out it was someone from Akron Ohio, now it just says Ohio. I have changed passwords and I even went from google to yahoo and someone is still getting in. I am by myself, no one knows my passwords and I make sure I always uncheck the box for being kept open. Please can someone help me? The two computers I use are from work and once in a great while A library but that still comes up Cleveland ohio on recent activity.
