From the wording of your question I'm surmising you've already gone the route suggested in the previous answer (or the equivalent) and are now at the point where you're supposed to consult customer service, but don't know how to do that.

It is probably impossible these days to reach a live representative by phoning Yahoo, and even trying can be inordinately time-consuming. (To try, call 800-318-0612 or 866-562-7219.) For Yahoo's customer service, I suggest that instead you submit this form; if necessary, Yahoo promises to phone you. Another option is to turn to Yahoo's community.
