My Yahoo Email Is Hacked 2mths Back & Now I Am Unable To Log In

For the past 2mths I am unable to log in to my yahoo account as it shows invalid ID or Password. Inspite of giving the correct details am unable to Log in. I had received deivery failed mails without sending any mails & now I am not able to excess my mails Can anyone help me by providing customer care e-mail Id or Phone number (India)?
