Email Hacked Into; Unable To Retrieve Email Now.

My email was hacked into on Feb 3rd. I am now unable to retrieve any new emails. How do I correct this?

Yes, you should immediately change your password. But there are additional steps you need to take; see https://help.yahoo.com/kb/yahoo-account/SLN3516.html?impressions=true. (That Yahoo page covers changing your password as well.)
