Have Been Unable To Access Yahoo Email, Games, Anything Yahoo For The Past 4 Day

I keep getting a "connection timed out" message and no matter what I do I cannot connect to Yahoo to get my email, play games (the security window doesn't even show a security code to type in, it is blank). I've called my Internet Service Provider (AT&T) and get put on 1 1/2 holds only to finally talk to someone I cannot understand very well who tells me that I have to call Yahoo Technical Support because there is nothing they can do to help me. I call Yahoo Technical Support and the person "Tyler" is very rude and tells me I have to call my Internet Service Provider because Yahoo cannot help me. Okay, enough. I have no trouble connecting to AOL and am seriously thinking about cancelling any service I have with AT&T and going back to AOL.
